Our holiday home accommodates up to 3 guests and features a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and smart TV, a spacious bedroom with a double and a single bed, and a private bathroom. Outside, a large terrace with tables and chairs awaits you, perfect for relaxing after a day at the lake or hiking nearby trails. We are located in the center of the charming village of Boleto, perched on the hills overlooking Lake Orta. This small village offers an intimate, peaceful atmosphere, as if every stone holds a silent story. Walking through its streets feels like stepping back in time. The houses, often built close together, tell of a simple, authentic life. From certain spots, you can admire views of the lake and surrounding mountains, offering picture-perfect panoramas. The property is just steps from the Sanctuary of Madonna del Sasso, where you can enjoy spectacular views over the entire lake. Several nature trails start nearby. In just 10 minutes by car, you’ll find the main free beaches and all essential services. Within walking distance, you’ll also find a bar/trattoria, a wine bar, and a farmhouse restaurant.
